Dan Campbell is blue collar, and is attractive to his players because they can relate to him.

Jimmy was cold, calculated and brilliant and his players were terrified of him.

Campbell was a TE and Witten's backup for a few Cowboys seasons, . He was a great blocker.

He played for the Cowboys from 2003 to 2005, the Parcells years. Witten's rookie season was 2003.

Dan was definitely a Parcells guy.

Hell of a job guys, you guys played one heck of a game. We won and we deserve to win. Now you now what it feels like to win. It feels good right? You like the way you feel right now? Do you like the way you feel right now? How many people in here like the way it feels? Y'all happy? So you telling me you're happy with one victory? If you not happy with one victory then what do we need to do? Y'all ain't gone never win another one again. Y'all too happy with this one.



That's a Jimmy speech. He'd give that speech then storm out of the locker room. He'd find a reason to practice the hell out of his players. He'd be mad all that week, because he tricked them into saying they were happy after only one victory.

Gotta love Jimmy.
