The mother of a South Carolina middle school student who was being suspended is facing charges after deputies said she walked into the school office and slapped the wrong child.



Dawkins said once Collier realized she had slapped the wrong boy, she apologized, and then walked over to her son and began to slap him for getting in trouble.

Slapping the kid for wrong-doing is one thing, but to slap someone else's child is beyond stupid.

I believe in spankings and other forms of minor lesson teachings but I would never do it in public, much less a school now days. The spankings we grew up with like a belt or wait until dad's home but never in the face, idiotic.

My dad did this at a Shakeys Pizza.

The kid was the same size and hair color as my little brother. They had a piano there that a lady would play. She was on a break and this kid was hammering away on that piano which was right next to our table. Dad reached over, whacked the kid on the back of the head and said "Knock that #$$% off!"

The look on my dad's face was priceless!! Especially when he looked to his left and there sat Vincent.......my little brother.

Seriously, I hope she is convicted, if this is what really happened. No way should you be slapping your child. That's probably part of the reason your child is suspended, because you abuse him like that, "knocking him to the ground".

It said in the video that after she smacked the one kid, she realized it, apologized, then slapped her real son, "knocking him to the ground" after hitting him in the head and face.
