I watched the first episode of this reality game show where people take a lie detector test and then answer humiliating questions about themselves for money.

I stopped watching after that first episode because I felt kind of skuzzy watching people emotionally humiliate themselves and their families for money.

But when I saw that a woman actually ruins her marriage on the show, I couldn't resist to take a peek at this clip. It's very sad what this woman is willing to do for money, but she does get her comeuppance in the end.

Word of warning, the cringe factor is a full "10."

it reached a point that it didnt matter what the questions were, she just needed to go for broke for the money. AFter she said she slept with somebody else, who cares what the rest of the questions were.

And as far as the question that knocked her out, I thought that was kind of dumb after the questions leading up to that. "Are you a good person?" Kind of subjective after the "Did you sleep with somebody else and would you leave your husband for your former boyfriend?" type questions.

I won't watch the show again. ONe train wreck is enough...

I thought it was just desserts that she got knocked out on "are you a good person?" -- she should have seen that set up coming as soon as it was asked.

Although it is terrible the answers she gave and cheating on her husband and so on. One positive that seems to come out of that episode is that her husband knows what kind of person she is...hopefully he uses his brain and drops her like a bad habit.

Ok I have several comments.

First off I kinda like this show. I wish it wouldve stayed on wednesday nights but oh well.

2nd off lol @ the person who said they have seen some bad things, including 2 girls 1 cup, and this was far worse.

3rd off girls like her deserve the worst. Shes a POS person.

I have a "F" it Button. Im sure many of you do as well. She obviously used her "F" it button when answering those questions.

Had I been the husband there would be no hugsies and its gonna be alrights after the show.

I would have set an example for all cheating people. Not a "come here and give me a hug."

This dude just gave the impression that its ok to cheat, and want to be married to someone else, and still be able to forgive that person.

People would have been chanting "Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, Jerry" by the time I was done.

I'll calm down now.

The guy seems like he has low self esteem is why. Some people are more scared to lose someone than the deed/deeds that were done. Perhaps he has been co-dependent.

The show producers are pretty cruel. They put the most damning question in the middle, then after she admits to adultery, they follow up with the "do you believe you're a good person," question, full knowing that it could trip her up and she would lose everything.

I saw the host on the Chelsea Handler Show and he acted like he even hates the show and talked about how uncomfortable it is. I guess he outta quit, then.

Just saw on one of the entertainment shows that the girl and the husband tried to work Fox. The husband knew beforehand that she cheated on him awhile ago. The host said sorry to the husband about finding out she cheated on him and the dude tells the host "Yeah..we were so close to winning the money". Glad they didn't win.

What a healthy relationship they must have.

Speaking from experience are we? ;)

nope, just took a psych and law class. lie detectors measure stress (meaning, you are more likely to stress out/sweat/etc. when you are lying). so, you can be one of the ones to trick the lie detectors, by always either biting the inside of your mouth when you are responding, discreetly pinching yourself, or some ppl in the past have even taped a tack to the sole of their shoes, so they can press on it when they are answering. this makes the lie detector virtually useless as you are "lying" on every question...even if they say "is your name [insert your name here].
