We will know by next Friday. They don’t necessarily need to beat the Saints, but they need to show that they’re in the same league.

If the playoffs started today, the road to the NFC Championship game would mean beating the Panthers in Dallas then beating the Saints in New Orleans.
Agreed. JJ just said on the Fan "NO is our Super Bowl."

I think expecting Fred beard back this year is a bit optimistic but I guess anything’s possible

The 2 big changes imo are Colombo taking over and Williams not being at LG. He just isn’t strong enough yet but he will be ok in the future

The Cowboys/Saints game may likely be the highest rated game of the season thus far.......I hope we have a good gameplan for it........go Cowboys

Is it momentum or luck? They got two wins from 4-6 trash cans, then got to whoop up on a hospital ward yesterday. Seems more like they caught three dysfunctional teams at the right time.

You say that like we're healthy ourselves.

Did I miss something ? He's just started getting feeling back in his hands so he's not been doing much lifting. I'm guessing very light weight to prevent any atrophy. Then add to that he still doesnt have full feeling in his legs, I'm not seeing him back this year.

The feeling are in his legs. The numbness is still in his toes. But yet people want to act as if he has zero feelings in his legs. If that was the case, he would not be up waking around and standing on the sidelines. I wish people would get this correct.
Any numbness in his hands are limited to his finger tips.

GMFB was talking about are the Bears and Cowboys contenders. Can you talk about them being contenders for the SB.

The answer was surprising, as they consensus was yes, to both. Some said yes how can you not consider them. Others said, yes, but not quite there to say a definitive yes.

And we do not have our own issues to be called dysfunctional ?
Stop with the double standards. You say in many other posts how we have all these issues so are not a good team. But when they win, it is because the other teams are inured or are trash.

Give us a freaking break.
We won 3 games in a row, 2 on the road against teams we were supposed to lose to. 3 wins in a row is very hard to do for 95% of any of the teams.
But yet some want to make excuses as to why we won.

Lol yes i realize he's not paralyzed. Not having feeling in a body part doesn't mean you can't use it. I don't have feeling in my right leg but I still walk. My cousin just had his leg from the knee down amputated because he had no feeling in it and his foot kept getting foot rot from diabetes and getting infected. So after 10 years of dealing with it he had it amputated, but he walked for that 10 years.

My point was, if he's had issues with feeling, or numbness for you, he's not been lifting heavy and like he normally would. And going into week 12 still having issues with "numbness" I can't see him coming back any time this year.

Most of the articles on Frederick are positive, sensation has returned to his hands and he is doing plenty of weight work. And it still a month from the day he could possibly return.

Maliek Collins is on the field but still a long ways from 100%, that is what I meant.

LVE is a beast who will get much better, which is frightening. Aikman said from the booth that he thinks he will be one of the best players in the league, which is another testament to how well this team has drafted lately.

I can't wait until they get LVE on some horse hormone or whatever people take these days and he puts on 20 lbs of pure muscle this offseason.

Its scary to think about what he will become, I go back to that Falcons play where he fought off a Pro Bowl OT in Jake Matthews and then stuffed the ball carrier. He did that before adding any weight to his frame or being completely comfortable with the playbook. He hasn't been blitzing because he hasn't learned the reads or timing to do it yet, but he certainly will. That will be another arrow in the quiver. He is really going to dominate in time.

We've been hearing how all these SB teams were hitting their stride at the right time. This is the right time and we're on the move in the right direction.

Is this team now in the NFC Championship conversation?
I think if we get everyone healthy and rolling and we could do something. 1 game at a time. Get the division first. Cooper keeps it up and our running game will pick up for the playoffs or a run for them.
