Just set in after re-watching the game play by play dissecting every single play.

And right off the top, I will tell you that we were completely out coached, period.

I'm going to throw down a list of things and questions that I noticed and if I say something stupid, remember I've been up all night watching this crap.

Why would we not mass protect Bledsoe when in the second half, it was obvious that the Eagles were going to start blitzing Bledsoe up the middle?

Why didn’t we go deep and force their safeties to make a play on the deep ball as they did to our safeties?

Why does Roy Williams pay more attention to the backfield, when it's obvious they can't run the ball, but they have a history of going deep?

And while I'm at it, Roy had a dead shot at an interception in the 4th qtr but completely lost the identity of the flight of the ball. Both safeties played the flea flicker great, but the end result was Watkins not even lifting a fingernail to knock the ball down, and RW completely losing the ball right in front of him.

The Oline played pretty good actually, but was confused by some of the blitz stunts, and they were put in a horrible position of having to block more defenders than they had.

Flozell is on the down side of his career, and Rivera is the weak link on the line.

I hate that Parcells doesn't rush Ellis and Ware every freaking down when they are playing passing teams. The only time they ran the ball in the 2nd half, was to set up the flea flicker.

Why did Parcells try and blitz Henry, and let Watkins play man on man (who has yet to be challenged playing man on man in the nfl by the way) instead of blitzing from Roy’s side of the field?

What happened to our long snapper? What the **** is his deal? And while I'm at it, why is Crayton returning punts? And one more thing, Suisham needs to be removed from the squad since he can't put the stinking ball in the end zone on kickoffs.

No slants, why? The middle of the field was opened all day long when they blitzed, and not one single slant.

If you send Glenn and TO both on go routes and throw it up, I guarantee you a TD or PI, but we shall never know.

How much rope will Parcells give Bledsoe, and while I'm at it, how much rope will Jerry Jones give to parcells. And we all know it's a matter of time before TO goes nuts on Bledsoe for not hitting him when he's wide opened.
Yeah he will drop an occasional ball, but for goodness sake, throw him the dang ball.

I just don't know guys,depressed, tired and I'm going to sleep.

Tough to swallow.

I agree with most of it. I think Roy was spying Westbrook, though. That's why he was focused on the backfield. The play to Smith was just a great playcall, taking advantage of his aggressiveness. His misplay of that flea-flicker, kills me though. He made a great recognition play to get back on it, and completely misplayed the ball. Unfreakinreal.

The only thing i was thinking after watching the game was that the end result will always be the same with bledsoe.

To me it wasnt just that we lost a game we were in a good chance to win at halftime, it was a realization that bledsoe cannot perform under pressure. You cannot ask or expect any team to provide perfect pass protection week after week, especially against a good pass rushing team. So any team that puts a rush on him = throw the game away.

IMO the OLine did not play bad yesterday, yes they struggled with all the blitzes Johnson threw at them in 2nd half, other lines would have struggled with that too. Bledsoe made the line look worse than it was.

I hope that Flo is not on the downside yet,,,that his immobility is related to the still healing knee injury. If he is on the way out, then we have major issues on top of major issues. Hard to replace Rivera, who I agree is the weak link along with Flo, and Flo too. LT don't grow on trees.

They were trying to and still getting blown up. Some poor technique sometimes too.

Everytime it seemed that Bledsoe looked to go deep he was either sacked, picked or had poor ball placement.

However Westbrook can be a devastating guy coming out of the backfield (Not to mention, McNabb will still scramble from time to time). Seems that he played indecisive at times which you have to give credit to the Eagles for keeping Roy honest.

What does Lee Corso say on NCAA, "There's a reason why these guys play defense". But seriously that happens to every player from time to time.

Maybe we watched different games. I think they played pretty poorly, considering they should have known what to expect. More screens, short slants and crossing patterns should have been utilized to keep the LBs honest.

Saw it twice that I recall. One was the underthrown pick, the other Bledsoe was sacked. I guarantee you need some rest bro.

If the Cowboys are within 2 scores Bledsoe will continue to play. Unless he single-handedly loses a game for the team. Which is not what happened yesterday. Parcells will probably be gone after the season unless the Cowboys make a serious playoff run, even then who knows? TO goes nuts and TO loses money, he better keep his cool.

Didnt I see a stat last night that he was thrown at 9 times with 3 receptions (at one point) ? Looks like they were trying to get it done it just wasnt happening.

This point really ticks me off. There were PLENTY of opportunities on 2nd and short to do some semblance of play action because Julius was actually running the ball very well. I said so many times to myself, this is a perfect time to go for a play action in those situations, only to have the standard play call continously be done. Yes, some of those play calls resulted in a first down. However, against a team that continuously blitzes, you need to keep them off balance by maintaining at least a perceived threat of the deep ball. If the play action isn't called until the middle of the fourth quarter, what is the point?

Amen. Second and third and short, didn't go for the playaction once.

As much as I want to completely blame Drew (and he deserves a TON of blame) the coaching staff didn't put him in a position to have success.

*** em all.

I slept on it and when I woke up I realized... the loss still sucks. I just absolutely hate the way we lost more so than the fact we lost.
