Not entirely true. It wouldn't be in either Dallas' or Philly's hands at that point. A 13-4 tie would just depend on what other teams do.

The conference tie breaker would even up with and Eagles loss.

Well I don't know. We won't find out because this game isn't being played in a climate controlled dry domed stadium. They are on wet grass in the rain in the open so it's not going to be a great night for quarterbacks. I'm just saying Geno Smith is a joke of a quarterback and not much of an upgrade over any backup. There isn't that much drop-off if any.
