Monday Night games thread

Agree. I appreciate a lot of Cowboy fans hate him but I enjoy watching greatness in any sport. He's very interesting to watch. This season he has recaptured his old swagger. It's like he's in the matrix. His decision making is immaculate and his throws are beautiful.
Yep

They’re just jealous.

I swear it's crazy how Rodgers has only won one Superbowl, he's been the starter for 13 seasons and has thrown for 373 tds and only 87 interceptions, that's only about 6-7 ints a season. Insane numbers he's put up

Prob cause his coach couldn’t build a defense. Lol

All Green Bay had to do was piss Rodgers off by drafting another QB. He is lighting up the league with guys I've never heard of (with Adams out).

How does a QB elevate those around him without the best receiving corp in the league?

He had a ****** head coach for most of his career.

Why wouldn’t we hire a DC type HC instead of an OC type if we weren’t even going to use his offense?

Why would Jerry hire an OC type coach only to keep Kellen Moore and let him call the offense? Nothing Jerry does makes sense when it comes to hiring coaches, just as long as he's in his comfort zone.

Brady had a head coach who did not ignore Special Teams and overlook Defense while he was the QB in NE.

Rodgers' head coach until last season was Mike McCarthy.

As of January 2017 when the Falcons scored 44 points in beating Green Bay in the NFC Championship (1 week after Rodgers and the Pack somehow defeated the Cowboys 34-31 in the first round of the playoffs in Dallas) the Packers defense had given up an average of over 36 points per game in Rodgers 7 playoff defeats.

Meanwhile, the Patriots with Brady at QB had given up 33 or more points just twice in the playoffs.

The Pats were 0-2 in those games.

Defense matters.
