First, I am very curious as to why announcers with no previous NFL experience are calling a game and the sideline reporter appears to be getting meth twitch and stammers - who thought this was exactly the ambience that was missing in the NFL?. Second, are budget concerns so bad that ESPN is picking up any 'ol person for these jobs? May I suggest that you throw your name in hat for the next game lottery. You have my full confidence that you would be an upgrade from Rex, Sergio Dipp(???) and whomever is rivaling Lloyd Christmas for owning the most annoying sound in the world.

The wife is watching the games with me when the commercial comes on with the lady in labor and then abruptly makes the god awful sound and gets up to turn on Thursday Night Football... my wife says to the TV, "you had me until I saw it was Cincinnati football". I just smiled and thought to myself, "that's my gal".
