But then again, I was thinking yesterday that this exact situation of Garrett to HC and Capers as DC might be what's happening. I'd be happy with both.

Jerry might have lured Garrett back with the hiring of Capers, if it actually happens.

I still think Wade is going to enter next season as our HC.

As for TO, I have no idea. I don't really care either way, but if he stays, he better tow the company line. If he can't, then cut him. If he can, let's keep him.

I said that after we blew the game against NY last season in the playoffs by coming out so flat. No one in here wanted to hear it. Now they know.

Possibly, although I dont think press is his #1 concern with this right now.

Next week is the Senior Bowl, this is a big week for scouting and the potential hiring of assistant coaches, alot of whom are in attendence.

Why would anyone with at least half a brain want to take the HC job, then cut your top WR? He had more yards and more TDs than anyone else on the team.

I don't buy the TO or Me ultimatum either. I think some folks are getting sucked in by the espn/dallas media tripe.

I dont think he issued an ultimatum, I think its just something that too many in the organization are pushing for.

He also guided a pretty good Steelers defense back in the day, and had some success in Carolina as HC and Jacksonville as DC. He'd also bring an attitude that we don't really have, coupled with experience the players can respect.

I dont think he issued an ultimatum, I think its just something that too many in the organization are pushing for.

And again, I have not heard that. All I've seen are either posts from fans on here saying that or unnamed sources from the media. everyone who has been named or has been interviewed has said just the opposite.

I think it is a bunch of made up stuff. Not saying YOU are making it up, but the media who generates this stuff.

I don't see Jerry getting rid of Wade with Garrett here. He'd almost have to promote Garrett or get rid of him or Garrett would quit. And we don't need to get a DC with Wade here.

Why in the world would Wade be replaced by Garrett? If Jerry was so high on him, why did he let him escape the building and interview in St. Louis? Now we're gonna promote someone rejected by the lowly Rams? I don't see Wade getting dumped, and I sure as hell don't see Garrett succeeding him. Kudos on the TO prediction, though.
