Money inquery

Can someone please give me a number example of a 4 year contract that will give the player equal net money (I am asking you to display the gross amounts) for a player if he were to play in:

1. California
2. Texas
3. New York
4. Pennsylvania
5. Florida

I know each state has different taxes and standard of living, so the gross amount will be different. I am curious to see how much more a player must earn in California and other high cost areas to still end up with the same amount of money as if he were in Texas and the lower cost of living.

Might be a little difficult to do. Taxes vary in different states. For example NY has high income and property taxes where CA property taxes aren't that high. Whoever has the time to do this my hat goes off to you. It is quite a daunting task.
