One question I've wondered, even if aliens exist, why would anyone try to cover up that information? Who cares?

Also, why are intellectually capable people not contacted by these aliens? Only people who have a few screws loose? You would think that these brilliant aliens with their space technology would contact the smart ones among us.

Why do you assume anyone who claims to have been contacted by aliens is intellectually deficient?

If you deem them unintelligent solely because they claim to have experienced alien contact, your question becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

For the record, in my opinion, we have not been visited by aliens from a distant world. Rather, if these sightings and claims are true, I believe these 'aliens' may have a more terrestrial origin.

Are we alone in the Universe? I doubt it. I just don't think the Government is covering anything up about it. As someone else asked, what purpose would that serve?

I never made such a claim. My statement was based on all these people who seem to have witnessed aliens or have claimed to been part of alien abduction experiments who have had their stories publicized are people who have a few screws loose or are considered whack jobs. At least, that is what it seemed like to me when I researched this stuff a long time ago.

I saw an alien ship a few months ago!


I had just finished watching a movie at the theater here in Providence. I was walking out of the theater and heard a strange buzzing noise. I looked up and saw something really fast zip by in the sky. The movie I had just seen was a horror move so I thought I was just imagining things lol. So I started walking down the theater steps and into the parking lot to find my car.

When I got to where I parked my car...It wasn't there! I thought maybe I had just forgot where I parked the car and started searching the whole lot. A hour goes by and I still can't find my car. I came to the realization that someone jacked my car while I was watching the movie. Pissed, I called the cops from my cellphone and waited for them to arrive.

When the cops got there I told them what had happened and showed them where I parked my car. They wrote all my info down, told me to call a cab and then they went into the theater to question people who may have seen who stole my car.

While waiting for the cab I heard the buzzing noise again! I looked up and this time I actually saw the damn thing. It was hovering about 100 feet in the air above the theater. It was the craziest thing I have ever seen. It was round and looked gold plated. I tried to take a picture of it with my cellphone but as soon as I put the phone up to the sky...It jetted away!

A few minutes later the cab arrived at the parking lot and picked me up. On the way home I told the cabbie what I had just seen but he didn't believe me. I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later' I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air.

There are billions of stars in our galaxy. If only 1% of them have a earthlike planet - even close to one (mars and Venus qualify somewhat) that means there are tens of millions of possible planets for intelligent life to evolve on.
The Universe in its current form is something like 12-14 billion years old.
Our planet and system are somewhat younger then most out there.

With all that, how anyone could claim that we are alone is the height of arrogance.

BUT at the same time I happen to think that 99% of all UFO claims are bogus or drug or alcohol induced.

BUT AGAIN that leaves that 1%.

I have no doubt we have been visited. BUT I also have no doubt that they took one look and decided there was no intelligent life here.

What about the times where an entire county sees something.


or where like 7 cops at 2 or 3 different towns saw someting at the same time.



Im sure theres something, and their technology is unfathomable pertaining to chemicals, minerals, ect.

but they have no grasp of humor, art, love ect. and there are things on earth they are fascinated by .

When you question why aliens never contact "intellectually capable people," you seem to be implying that people who claim to have experienced alien contact are intellectually deficient in some way. Right?

Allow me to explain my reasoning.

Our universe is unfathomably immense in size and scope, so immense that the existence of alien life possessing intelligence comparable to ours seems unavoidable. However, this enormity is a double-edged sword: It also makes the proposition of finding such life very unlikely, if not impossible. And the chances of being able to visit or establish meaningful communication with such life are even less likely.

Consequently, if these reports of UFOs and alien visitations are indeed genuine, they may very well have a terrestrial origin. Let's consider two popular beliefs regarding life's origin: evolution and Christian theism.

If human beings are indeed the product of evolutionary process, might evolution have produced other life with intelligence comparable to or even surpassing ours? Perhaps these intelligent beings are aquatic in nature, and developed many, many millennia before we ever came about. Have you ever noticed how many UFO sightings occur near water, and actually involve a UFO emerging from or submerging beneath the water's surface?

Now, assume God created all life in a manner consistent with Biblical explanations. According to one interpretation of the Book of Genesis, there was a time in the distant past in which spiritual beings were allowed to take human form and consort with humans--an association that produced some very interesting progeny.

These explanations are undoubtedly fantastic, but we're dealing with a fantastic phenomenon.

If we have been visited then FTL travel is a reality. If we have not been visited then FTL travel is almost certainly impossible.
Start out from there and it all becomes much easier to figure out.

I see no reason to indiscriminately rule out extraterrestrial intelligent life.

For those that argue "we have fancy digital camera and what not; where is the proof?" There are many pictures and videos of ufos but many are dismissed as hoax; which they very well may be. But what evidence would be sufficient?

A live body would be the only sufficient evidence. Some claim we have recovered a live body but the government is covering it up. Why you ask.

One possible reason s because alien technology was recovered and one government sees this as a way to gain an advantage on other countries. Another possible reason is that the "leaders" do no believe the general public could handle this news. Maybe it would shake the foundations of modern religions such as Christianity. But the way I read the bible there could be many references to ufos.

The star appeared over the Christ child that the three wise men followed. Elijah is taken up in a chariot of fire. These are a couple instances in the bible that can be interpreted different ways. Here are a couple of classical art pieces that may surprise you.

I do not know if extraterrestrial beings exist or not. I have not had any close encounters, but I see no reason to summarily rule out the suggestion given the little knowledge we have of our universe.

With the universe being larger than we can contemplate, it would hard to imagine that other living creatures have found their way to our neck of the woods.

I guess it would depend on when their civlization started...look at how much our technology has changed just in the last 90-100 years...imagine where we'll be in another 100, 500 or 1000 years...then imagine a planet where life began perhaps 1000's or even millions of years before ours

I have no idea if little green men exist, but if they do its not beyond the realms of possiblity to believe that their technology could be quite advanced
