Moore will not be our next head coach!

I don't know, the masses of Dallas fans seem to be willing to eat whatever Jerry stuffs down their throat.
agreed. the masses, being casual and fringe fans will buy anything jerry gives them.

I think with a name like Deion, he will hit a home run coach. he likes popular former players, thus why he is pushing for witten (who might actually be end up being a good coach, but has to start as a position coach).
he sees the return on investment for paying deion.
he doesn't want to spend a lot of money on coaches (there is coaches dead money you know). so Moore fits that criteria.

I think this puts bilicheck out, because bilicheck is going to want a lot more money and control and Jerry is not really serious about it, but he is milking the publicity of it connecting the two.

Saleh is a possibility too. he is comfortable with former head coaches.

Jones needs a home run hire because of all the negative things that have happened this year ! He needs to save face ,book it !
It’s not that Jerry needs a home run hire, there is no home run hire, that’s not a real thing anyway.
Kellen Moore is not ready to be a HC, Dak and the team would run all over him and Jerry would be more entrenched in things trying to help Kellen be successful. It would become a mess.

I hope that is the case, a Moore hire would just feel lazy and as if we're going back in time. It just feels like Garrett 2.0.
Hiring Moore is universally hated by the fans and even the Cowboys own media. The podcast with Patrick Walker we’re talking about this and like all 4 of them on the show we’re laughing at the idea.

And that’s the in house media we are talking about, no way the Cowboys can sell KM at this point.

Kellen Moore is a big name....Amazing people don't see it here. Just goes to show how uneducated/ out of touch most of the fans are.

he is a big name to the casual and fringe fans...which is what jerry is marketing too.
to those who are a little deeper in the cowboys and are ardent fans, he is a disaster in the waiting.

deion is a bigger name than Moore.

I think Kliff Kingsbury would be a much better option than Moore, he has more experience, and has worked in the development of QBs like Baker Mayfield, Patrick Mahomes, Kyler Murray, Caleb Williams, and Jayden Daniels.

Interesting quote from a YS article yesterday:

"At least nine teams spanning six of the league’s eight divisions have sought interviews with Moore since he ascended to the coordinator level...

The perception he left in interviews?

“Super impressive,” one executive who interviewed Moore for a previous opening told Yahoo Sports. “We all left saying he’s going to be a head coach some day. Unbelievably smart and was just very organized with his thoughts.”

Anything can happen. But don't let yourself get too persuaded of that crystal ball you bought on EBay... KM very well could be the next Cowboys HC.

And on 1/17, while it's maybe a 20% chance versus 80% for the field... his 20% is greater than anyone else in the field.

Yep if Moore is hired l just don't know if this team is worth investing time to watch. Moore would be the ultimate puppet and probably wastes another decade of time.

Personally I would have rather them just bring McCarthy back. Atleast we know he can lead.

Yet people want Sanders...that hasn't put together an offense or a defense. All he is ...is a mouth peice. We need coaching.

Even if all that is true it doesn’t necessarily make him a good choice as head coach of the Dallas Cowboys at this time. I’ll bet he does become a head coach some day, some where. I don’t see him as a good match for this Dallas Cowboys roster, particularly because he is familiar with much of the team.

Eagles are well set for another couple of seasons. Commanders are on a good trajectory. Dallas needs change right now. Moore does not represent that.

We’ll likely end up with a foul ball that leads to a strike out.
