Without the threat of a quick strike explosive offense, I can't help but think that Callahan and Romo will be a lot more aggressive against the Kansas City defense than they were against the Giants.

I think that the Cowboys felt if they held onto the ball, they would have a great chance against New York.

The last time we lost to New York the score was 29 to 24, but we had turned the ball over 6 times to their 2.

Not fearing Alex Smith, our offense should throw the ball deep on Sunday. Not to suggest carelessness, just not the conservative play call that we witnessed against New York.

I suspect that teams with a good DL will employ a similar umbrella type defense that the Giants used. deep opportunities may be few and far between.

That strategy only works if our run game is contained and our players don't get much yac underneath. Something that moving forward is going to be much more difficult than in the Giants game.

Austin, Dunbar, Beasley...

i think they will take what is there. if the deep ball is open they will take it, if not go underneath to witten or a back. the nice thing is our backs can get YAC and i suspect you will see more of harris too

I'd rather they take what's given and not force anything.

Key is to take an early lead, playing from behind means Alex smith can't bus drive and knowing Andy is not patient and keep running (unless of course Charles go ga ga ) , we will give ourselves better chance at easy win.

But this game is not easy due to match ups...also we are facing a team very good in trenches and ok in WR and DBs.

I'm pretty sure every team tries to take an early lead. That's not specific to taking on the Chiefs. :D
