Hey guys,
I've heard and read conflicting reports with regard to fat burning in cardio. Which have you found more effective personally - longer distance cardio or cardio that is much shorter but has intervals of extreme intensity in terms of burning fat and dropping those stubborn last pounds you want to eliminate?
