Understand what you are talking to... I get where you come from, as an alternative voice. Just know the landscape and understand what you're getting yourself into on the mainly anonymous internet with a following of rabid fans who would love to have this not have happened, but will die falling on the sword for their own. Our Boys need to be winning and we need Zeke!

I encourage both sides of the debate. I like full disclosure and a review of all facts in this kind of garbage. All voices, to me are welcome.

Phil, let's face it, you have a very unkque point of view as do I. I think with regard to a lot things on this board we are on complete opposite sides of the fence on and I think most people are somewhere in the middle.

Some hypocritical examples...please don't ask for quotes, this is just stuff I've noticed over time.

-requiring proof that Zeke beat this chick but at the same time blaming John Mara for everything with no proof; other then he happened to be the chairman of the board that disciplined the Cowboys for the salary cap debacle and that's an entire different story that I don't want to go into

-stating the girl lied therefore she's automatically guilty. I know it's tough to get over but Zeke lied as well. Not a huge deal IMO but they're both liars which is why I say I wouldn't be surprised if the truth lies somewhere between

-back to Mara. falsely blaming Mara for the Cowboys problems and many never even bring up the fact that Jerry is the one who is notorious for bringing in players no one else wants due to questionable character issues. In other words, Jerry and the players brought this upon themselves, not John Mara

-claiming the NFL is out to get us and only cherry picking a few specific things which have zero proof and/or every team can claim (ie the lead investigator of the DV case is a Giants fanatic so therefore she's automatically dragging this out because she hates the Cowboys yet there's a picture of the head of officiating, Blandino getting off the Cowboys party bus which is not only a conflict of interest and po'd many owners across the league but also brought into question the entire Detroit playoff game officiating debacle)

-act like Jerry is some high standing moral owner yet has pictures of him with his pants down and hookers which is a large reason I despise him as a human being ( I've seen some supporters say so,enjmg alomg the lines of "that still doesn't prove a thing, they were just out for money" or every owner does that")

I'm sure there are several more, those were just off the top of my head. I'm also sure it will piss off a lot of people and the excuses will fly. I'm not here to argue, I just gave some examples you asked for.

One witness that also had some shadiness surrounding him vs a CLUB full of people, including Zeke and security yet no one knows anything. If I wasn't worried about losing my job I would bet you $ that I couldn't walk into that same club on the same day at the same time and knock some dude unconscious then walk out with no one stopping me or knowing anything.

Weed I don't care about other than the dude is dumb enough to smoke it close enough to a time when he could be tested which would hurt the team. If it came out it was in the drug program and he got suspended for 6 games for smoking weed would you be cool with that? I wouldn't and I don't like the fact that he could possibly jeopardize the team by only thinking of himself and getting high.

As I've said with the bar fight, this is Cowboyszone, not the court of law, and I think he's guilty. If I were on the jury I obviously couldn't make that determination but I'm not and I just expressed my opinion.

I'm quite sure, not all, but most of you would think the same if he wasn't on the Cowboys. IMOF, you would probably claim "it's so obvious he's guilty, if they took half as much time investigating this case as they did Zeke's DV case they would find he's guilty. But they don't care because he's not a Cowboy and if he were they would have the FBI involved".

As far as Jerry I don't care what he does but I see some moralist like yourself do. I'm going to be honest I think most people like you do that because it's a way to be a jealous person without most folks calling you out. I don't get why you are so concerned about the wild things Jerry or most people do to be honest.

That's where we differ Phil, all of us have different backgrounds, histories, thoughts, etc. It absolutely bothers we when someoe commits adultry and I'm not even religious. I've even ditched friends over it. I'd also be more likely to flip (and I mean FLIP) on someone for hurting a defenseless animal then a 15 year old kid but that's just me.

Jealous? Lol, hardly my man. BTW, I'm definitely not a "moralist" in every sense of the word, far from it. I've done more enough despicable things in my life that Imnow regret which is possibly why I'm more sensitive to certain issues. On the other hand, there are probably things I do now that aren't in line with others moral "codes".
