MP is always physical, he is a LB not a DB much different style of play.. apples and oranges,
Naw you want your corner to be physical as well. Especially if you want them to press at the line. I'll tell you now if you want to play pretty and finesse against Aiyuk, Deebo, etc. you are going to find yourself in for a long day.

After Monday night I was wondering where the heck this guy was all year. He played well in pre season and then didn’t see the field much. The dude looks like he has some tenacity in him. That length is handy too. Hopefully he comes up big tmrw.

Mukuamu has been good all season. He can also play outside CB, DQ should continue to use this guy. It was interesting the Rookie Bell was active too.
I like him inside. While he's very agile, im not sure his footwork at that height is clean enough to stay with receivers on the outside in the NFL. Better inside in confined space where he can use his length and hands. But we'll see next season. He's definitely going to have a larger role.

I hope so. The kid is big and physical and makes plays. He can tackle as well. Going to need a lot of tackling tomorrow if we stand a chance.
throw them a curve ball every so often and put him against Kittle....the kid is long and physical and at least as fast as he is....we got to cross them up today and throw a few plays at them they haven't seen on tape.

Those 3 words are a pretty decent tongue twister when said rapidly

I can’t remember where it was said, but someone said they might have told Diggs to do that as we couldn’t afford another Corner loss.
Micah and Lawrence should have promised him a blanket party if he pulls that ish this game

Regardless of how, if we give up 21 or less the defense has done well vs their weapons.
Our offense has my concern.

Love how they put Bland on the outside and put Muka in the slot. Another great move by Quinn. Made a big difference last week.

talk to sanders one of the best cbs in NFL history,, sorry not all dbs are tackler or can be physical without injuring themselves.#21 says hello no one took issue with him saying that nor watching him be a soft tackler his entire career. I get we hope Diggs can make better effort but expecting him to be a safety or LB, its just nonsense. if you haven't noticed we are super lean at CB..so much so we moved up more safety's and having them cover more and be CBs..cant lose Diggs over a tackle.

more effort yes turning him into a hard-hitting tackler etc is far too risky.

I read Mukuamu will be following Deebo all over the field.

Shut him down!
I dont think ive ever seen a player be more overrated then Muk..serioiusly hes appeared in how many games this year?? how many snaps? now all of sudden hes being counted on in the divisional round to cover their best player..hmm doubt that?? im not sold..

need the team to play well, support each other, play complimentary football and hope for the best,

I do prefer Mukuamu over Kearse covering Kittle.

Where'd you read that, interesting move and a huge assignment for Issy.

Sanders is an anomaly to continue bring him up is not feasible. No one is asking Diggs to be a LB or Safety. Bland is a CB and he tackles, Jourdan Lewis too, AB too, Nahshon too, everyone except #7. The whole if he gets hurt, so don't tackle anyone cause we a short at CB talk is a loser mentality for a football team. You're accepting soft football which is what got the Cowboys beat last year vs the 49ers.

IM accepting hes not a great tackler, NEXT! Not soft, just bad at it. Like sanders, hes not an anomaly, been many cbs not be great at tackling.

Its like saying dbs and lbs who drop easy INTs saying they should catch it not realizing they are NOT receivers. same thing More effort needed , YEs, asking him to be all of a sudden, a hard solid tackler, lmao ..

He's a coward. You're trying to protect him and it's not making any sense, but carry on.
