Don't feel bad for him at all. He probably got a good-sized paycheck relative to a good majority of us would have gotten for the same amount of days he worked.

Eh money isn't everything, nor should it justify someone losing their job, especially one that they probably worked their butt off for at least their college years to get.

I count 17 total defensive lineman on the roster now. Man we have picked up a lot of d-line help recently, especially at d-end (Chappelear, Gibson, Fletcher, Jackon and Selvie). Wonder if any of these guys are working inside, or if Ben Bass will work primarily inside now because of the depth at d-end.

EDIT: 17 including Tyrone Crawford, anyone know why he hasn't been put on IR? Is that not possible during training camp? Could always use the extra roster spot for a camp flier.

Nelson made about $125 a day, but if he was waived injured are the Cowboys responsible for treating that injury until it is fixed? Do medical costs count against the salary cap?

Does he get a ticket home?
