Shawn Oakman was arrested on sexual assault charges earlier this month, but a Waco Police Department report obtained by Rivals.com’s Alex Dunlap uncovered another disturbing alleged incident involving the former Baylor defensive lineman.

On Jan. 10, 2013, a Waco police officer responded to an assault claim, with Oakman’s name given as the assailant.

Dunlap posted the three-page incident report on Twitter Monday:

Baylor University is a mess, and its lead by the Football program.....you want to see entitled wrong type of guys....draft a Baylor a Bear player... Its no secret Art Briles and the Football program have taken a see no evil, hear no evil approach to its player. Art Briles always denies any knowledge of past wrong doings but for some reason it always comes back to his desk..

Frankly, I don't see how Art Briles keeps his job at this point. Yes, I know that the program has never been more successful than it is currently on the field, but the pattern of issues is REALLY troubling. When you consider that Baylor is a religiously based institution, it's even more glaring.
