Needs to be a top priority. We can’t be serious about a super bowl and have nothing but young players in the secondary. We need a vet and not a scrub vet.

Stephen Jones IIRC made a comment last year about being weary of giving out a 3rd contract to soon to be FA players/FAs.
Not sure if that was a comment when talking about Church and his negotiations at the time but I doubt we'll be high bidders for Burnett fwiw.

That’s dumb thinking if he said that. If we’re trying to win you get guys with experience in a group, ie db group, linebacker group, dline group. Linebacker and dline group have older guys. Scandrick is a bum and will be gone. Plus I think vets at safety are more valuable than vets at corner.
