Trey Lance....But was it really a bad trade. How many 4th round picks came in and made an impact?
No names jump out.

Jerry loves his 4th round picksThat's correct.3. The only reason why Mingo is on the 53 is so Jerry doesn't have to admit it was a bad trade
Not true at all.
Mingo has had a very good TC and PS games.
Just as good at Brown had. Plus he plays ST's.
That is why he did not sit up and Brown did.
Brown showed again why he belongs on the 53.
They will keep both.
Exactly... These two are about equal in stats...but Miltons mobility is the differenceThe thing that separates Milton from Howell and it’s why I chose Milton before camp is his ability to stretch plays . If the pass rush is strong enough ( Giants ) Howell is either sacked or putting it up for grabs . Milton can step up slide to the side either run it himself or see who’s open . Milton back up Howell PS if he doesn’t get claimed .
They will be if Hudson doesn't go back to school.I know WR is full when you add Camden Brown to the mix but I sure hope Jordan Hudson and Anthony Smith are on the Dallas PS ready if injuries pop up .
That was a good take a chance trade at the time.Trey Lance....Jerry loves his 4th round picks
The really bad pick was made by the 49ers taking him high in the 1st round. That was a good take a chance trade at the time.
So it did not work out.
As I said. How many other 4th rounds picks worked out.
and didn't they give up a fortune just to move up?The really bad pick was made by the 49ers taking him high in the 1st round.
Yesand didn't they give up a fortune just to move up?
Because isn't as big of a liability as most in make him out to be.in tight games he could very well give up a sack that matters or allow pressure that allows a Pick.
So yes its very possible why ANYONE is defending Steele at this point is a true mystery

No names jump out.
And look at how many never liked any of those layers. Except Barber. No names jump out?
Dak, Free, Pollard, Barber, Ferguson, Biadasz, Schultz, Bradie James... Just off the top of my head.

You’re not drafting “true difference makers” in round 4. You’re drafting solid starters or good rotational players. All those guys where one or the other. And look at how many never liked any of those layers. Except Barber.
But not a one of them were a true difference maker.
Ha,es was ok at LB but never great.
Dak a very good QB most of the time. But playoffs he has not been.
Some still complain about Ferguson.
But since Dak, the past 11 years. 3 average to above average players.
I agree with this. We've been hit and miss in the fourth round over the years. I think I mapped out since 2015, we've had four hits and four misses. For me, that means you should be willing to take some shots at veterans if the opportunity arises, but you shouldn't just throw away the pick. I'm not sure which we did today, but for the moment, I'm OK with taking a chance on the athletic talent that Jones possesses. Come next April, I might be grumpy that we don't have a third-round and sixth-round pick. You’re not drafting “true difference makers” in round 4. You’re drafting solid starters or good rotational players. All those guys where one or the other.
A franchise top-8 QB in round 4 is winning the lottery lol.
And who cares if fans liked them? If you dislike a day 3 pick cause he’s a solid starter and not a star your expectations are all out of whack.
I'm not disagreeing with you but do you realize only 6 kick returns were housed last year?10. Stop talking about trading Turpin, the guy is a weapon and can take it to the house on kick returns
