Jerry Jones told me last week: "People think I have Jon Gruden or Bill Cowher in my pocket. I do not."

I think any further Cowher talk or Gruden should basically be brushed off , as disheartening as it may sound

Let it go people! Give it time... Look how long it took cowher to win a superbowl like 11 or 12 years! He isn't gonna come in here and just make one appear! we are fine with wade it takes time! Its easy to not do that when both coaches aren't coaching.

Cowher retired. And Gruden got canned in Tampa. So yeah. Gruden didn't lose yesterday, because he is unemployed after being fired.

So he's got that going for him. Which is nice.
