first off this this thread is about the eagles #1 secondary to our #5, it why we talk about how Hurts and that offense would compare to ours given we about to pay the lions they already played, and we just played the eagles with our backup qb and many of the eagles came from sketchy offenses with less than Steller DBs when we have Dak back and it should change the narrative a bit..so back to your rediculous comment and expectations on how Daks performance against the lions needs to be out of this world or its a failure. , i had to bring back Hurts to this debate given he just faced them this year..

why its called comparing common opponents and giving we just played the eagles you can make some assumptions how the game may go.like we both beat the commandos in about the same fashion... so H2H first, common opponents 2nd.,
we can talk about last game or the game against them in 6 weeks LOL makes zero difference. neither does text to talk and giving zero______s (peanutz :muttley:) how it comes out in Social media . none of its worth going back and correcting. text speak is fully acceptable in the social media. :popcorn::espn:

The lions offense overall played better, but I think most of that was rushing. They had 180 yards on the day, most we’ve given up by far all season. Dallas might even be second most.

Detroit had 205 passing yards in the game, 5 yards per pass overall. Maybe 100 or 130 of Goff’s yards were second half. That might be the secret to beating Philly: most teams will pass when down by 3 possessions to us, but Detroit kept running and it started for work for them.

CAN THEY STOP THE RUN? Cowboys defense ranks in the bottom half at stopping the run.You can not win in November and December without run defense.

Philly ran the ball down their throats when the Cowboys needed a stop the run after getting the score to 17-20. Just like the games they lost last year versus good teams, those teams ran the ball on this Jonesboys defense.

Invest in DTs. Real Cowboys Doomsday defenses had DTs and defenses that stopped the run.

Arlington Jonesboys fans are not really realizing what the problem is with this Jonesboys team challenging or contending for a Super Bowl. You must stop the run and be able to run to win versus good/better competition.

right and neither can we..it happens i mean Jimmy allowed Jimmy Smith to go , look at that similar comp to unknowingly allowing talent to get away vs its just business. Fans keep pointing out we let them go well, we got Kearse and hooker because others let them go. Talent does get away from other teams bedsides the DC.

I'm aware. May I rue Ward in peace? I didn't call out the Cowboys, or anything, just hated seeing him leave and blossom.

Most of the yards recently have come from outside stretch runs, rpos, etc and when our Defense been on the field far too long because of an anemic cooper rush ran offense. Too many punts, failed drives, and add in TOS..
this is skewed bit IMHO not like the old defense where runs were gashing us up the middle and between the gaps.

Damn Diggs gave up 180 yards vs the rams. That’s wild. Secondary legit tho. I think bland should get some more playing time
