Moments after the Cowboys' 39-31 loss, Bill Parcells was asked if this was his lowest point since arriving in Dallas.

"I don't know," he said. "Well, I would have to recall some of the others but this is pretty low. I am just disappointed."

Asked about Romo's four fumbles, two of which were lost, Parcells said, "That's what happens under pressure sometimes. I think his carlessness with the ball - particularly when he has it in his hand there - what you are seeing is what you saw in his first year here or what I saw and now it has just reared its head again."

What did Bill say to his players? Not much. He just told them how disappointed he was.

I don't think we're going to hear from Positive Bill on Tuesday. That's when we'll be speaking to reporters again.

I will admit, this is as low as my faith in Coach Parcells goes.

I think he might have lost this team or at the core of things, they might have stopped listening.

It is very frustrating to watch.

There's something to that. It would fit with the body language on the field. All coaches have their window of opportunity, and this one could well be nearing its end. Especially with JJ's comments lately.

Maybe it's just me, but I was much lower after the Saints game. Perhaps that's because I actually had high hopes at that point in the season, so the fall was much harder.

This one really did it for me, theo.

There is nothing left but to beat a loathsome team with two victories.

To lose to that is bad. Very bad.

I agree I love parcells. I really want him back.

IF he has lost the team, or something has happened inside the locker room we dont know about then there has to be changes.

I fear what jerry jones will do this offseason if parcells leaves. I really fear that thought.

Watching buffalo fight their tails off against baltimore who is playing for seeding right now is killing me. That was always a parcells trademark, fighting even when the fight has been decided.

For whatever reason this team stopped fighting a month ago.

I hope maybe we can just catch some luck next week.

This wasnt just a 2-13 team, it was like the banged up version of that. Really like we lost to the sisters of the poor.

I stayed in the stadium to watch all the players and coaches walk off the field after the game.

Jerry jones sprinted to the locker room. Terry glenn sprinted to the locker room and tony romo walked by himself with his head down into the locker room.

Romos parents were at the game today too!

It was so bad, I found myself not even caring if we'd pulled that one out at the end. We're still a bad, bad team at this point, and there's no end in sight to the implosion.

Of course I'll watch the Seattle game and root like crazy like I always do, but frankly I'm looking more forward to wholesale changes with the coaches and, maybe, the players. But there's no way -- NO way -- this coaching staff could field a Super Bowl-contending team next year.

As revolting as it sounds, I was watching today's game and giggled a few times to myself when we continually let them score on us.

I wish things could have been better.

But we really don't have the defensive mind to make it so.

I think he does indeed care.

I just think he is so frustrated with it all that he can not even do anything other than be disgusted.

Have you ever been so frustrated you just can not even talk?

One could argue that the game has passed him by.
One could argue that he is stubborn.
One could argue many things concerning bill.

However I just don't think one could make a legit argument that he does not care.

I agree.
This was far worse.
You can find solace in the fact that the Saints have a winning record.
DET was 2-13 coming in.
They flat out embarrased us.

ok, maybe he does care but the only other answer is that he is to dang clueless to do anything about it.

I have been criticizing him for the past three years.

I would never say he doesn't care.

I think he cares but the old tapes you see of him on the sidelines he would get pissed off and get in someone's face. I just see a man that expects the worse instead of saying "this crap not happening in our house now go sit your arse down!"

Lab! excellent take. Unlike some! You fully understand the frustration fans have been going through with this coaching staff. BP has done all he can do. his time is up and we must move on.

A true 3-4 coordinator would have done wonders with Ware and Ellis. In the 3-4 your linebakers make the plays. You attack from different areas and put pressure on the OC to adjust to your play. parcells refuses to attack teams because he fears the big play and demands that his staff follow his philosophy. the 80's giants did well. we are not the 80's giants!

we need a new staff and a new mind set! oline pickups will be key for the future of our team also.

Thanks BP and good bye:star:
