I'm told Garrett would be open to Tony Sparano returning to the Cowboys. Sparano's a superb O-line coach and has strong rapport with Romo.

Mosley loves Sparano.
I wouldn't expect anything but a full on pimping of him.

All that said, the hire would work for me. We need to get better OL play and if a quality OL evaluator can be added that is a big plus.

Sparano had 4 years to get this offensive line in tact down here in Miami and he failed. The radio show hosts down here always make fun of his claim at being an offensive line GURU. All you need to know is he had Turnstyle colombo as his RT this year.

Well that clinches it for me.;)

Sprano yes, he will fix this OL and running game.

Also add Jerome Henderson as Secondary coach and send Campo's *** walking

Yes to Sparano.

Why? I mean what's the point? Jerry will still be the GM and we know we can win with him in that capacity.

but Miami was a team with so many other needs. They drafted Pouncey at C this past year. The OL was pretty good when healthy but for this year at RT. All the other spots are good players. Problem has been injuries.
When Jake Long gets hurt then you are going to have a bad OL.

He had Colombo at RT because that is the player management chose to have on the team. Choosing players and evaluating talent is different than coaching and teaching techniques and schemes. Still, Miami finished 11th in rushing yards. Imagine if they had a better RT than Colombo and a better running back than Reggie Bush. And Bush had his best year as a rusher and finally had more than 1000 yards rushing. We know Sparano won't be choosing players in Dallas. He will just be coaching them up.

Sparano had the same problem in Miami Garrett has now in Dallas: He had way too much on his plate. Plus I think he's a better position coach/coordinator then head coach.

Personally, I've been wanting Sparano to come here since last year when I thought the Dolphins would can him last offseason. So my vote would be yes, get him here.
