FOX 8 New Orleans is reporting #Saints will work out Randy Moss "very soon." Moss eligible to sign before 3/13: ******/lOaIE5

I could see him making some noise there. He'd have some receivers around him and a great QB (Assuming they can come to some agreement with Brees before the season and I'm sure they will).

He'd give them yet another homerun type weapon on an offense already loaded with them.

According to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, free agent Randy Moss "lit it up" in Tuesday's workout with the Saints.
Profootballtalk also hears Moss got out of breaks quickly, showed a high football IQ and the workout "couldn't have gone any better." Moss ran about 45 routes and "looked like the old Randy," leaving all parties "pretty floored" by the workout. Glazer's sense is that those in attendance didn't expect Moss to perform nearly as well as he did. Moss may end up with multiple suitors and guaranteed money after all.

I think there actually might be something to be said about a player taking a year off to refresh his legs, especially if he's older and/or has been over-used in the past. IMHO Ricky Williams, Cedric Benson and the Lions Kevin Smith all looked noticably more explosive after taking time off.

Like they need anymore people to catch the ball.

Seems like everyone on that team catches the ball, like they really need Moss to blow the top off the coverage and open things up even more for Jimbo in the middle.

Supposedly he has 2 or 3 more scheduled workouts.
I heard he was great in his workout. Good for him.

I could see Atlanta and Miami being 2 of those options.

I hope he's able to comeback and do well. I'm not a hater of Moss in the least. I enjoy watching the guy play and if he can comeback and play well I'm happy to see it.

Met him once and he was cool enough. I got a buddy that had an entirely different opinion in a different environment.
