If our defense could hold teams to more FGs than TDs he wouldn’t have to throw for that many yards. Having to play from behind and our lack of a running game has played a big part in Dak having to air it out.

400-yard passing games by current NFL QBs:

4 - Joe Burrow, Jared Goff
6 - Kirk Cousins, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Matt Ryan
7 - Patrick Mahomes
9 - Dak Prescott, Aaron Rodgers
10 - Matthew Stafford
13 - Tom Brady
Brady should have more
He was playing when some of these guys were in diapers lol

If only Zack Martin played with a decent QB.

Well according to his stats, ranking, and winning percentage, he's better than decent. Good thing Zack Martin has a top 10 quarterback.

Anyone notice that in that list DAK is the only one who gets trashed by his own fanbase?

What a Gullible Breed
Hmmm, wonder why?

Mahomes - NFL MVP, 2 Super Bowl appearances, Super Bowl MVP, Has lead his team to the Conference Championship game every single year he's been the starter.

Burrow - Proven champion in college, got off to a good start his rookie year before he got injured, came back playing behind a HORRIBLE O-Line and won Comeback Player Of The Year (over some other QB on that list....), and in his first full season in the NFL leads a laughing stock franchise to the Super Bowl.

Dak - Led his team to 1 Wild Card win in 6 years.

Yeah, I don't get why those other guys fan bases don't trash them.

We know this. We trailed Atlanta by 19 in the 3rd quarter, Seattle we trailed by 15 in the 3rd quarter, Cleveland we trailed by 27 in the 3rd quarter, Tampa was closer but we trailed by 10 in the 3rd quarter. The only game we were up in the 3rd was against New England last year and that was a shoot out and we were behind in the 4th. We are 2-3 in those games, and one win was because Atlanta forgot they could fall on a football earlier than 10 yards.

Not entirely Dak's fault, but if this team takes care of what it needs to before the 2nd half (both offensive and defensively) this would not be a thing. And honestly I would rather not see him have to throw for 400+ yards more than any other QB.

You know who's not on that list? The last two superbowl winning quarterbacks (since its from 2020 on).
