Most active teams in FA point to failed draft classes

@Jeff_Legwold: Through the years, with most "active'' teams in free agency, you can trace back to two consecutive draft classes that didn't work out

@Jeff_Legwold: For the #Broncos, the '14 spending spree traced back to '09 and '10 drafts -- 19 picks, eight of those in 1st or 2nd RDs, and just 2 remain.
