Most Boring Championship Game Ever?

It's not just your youth. It was the most boring championship game I've ever seen. By far.

In your opinion. I like seeing teams play defense for a change instead of flag football.

I love defense, too, and hate the new era of AFL-looking football games. Said it many times.

That said, there's good defense and then there's just plain bad offense. LSU's offense was abysmal last night. And that game was a disaster.

They were bad because of Bama. LSU scored big points in every game they played this year with the exception of Bama. 9 points in the 1st meeting and now 0 points in the last game but outside of that LSU put no less than 35 points in every game they played this season. So it was not a bad LSU offense it was a dominating Bama defense.

They only put 19 on Mississippi State...

And there were other games where their O was struggling badly until their defense or special teams got them going.

Besides, who cares about the rest of the year. Their O wasn't that bad the last time they played Bama, either. But last night, they were terrible. They didn't even try to put the ball down the field. Jefferson was just awful.

LSU had its only bad game of the season last night which is too bad.

They split with Alabama but because they lost the second of the two games, they end up number 2.

You missed perhaps the most dominating defensive performance ever in a top-tier matchup such as this.

I Loved it.

LSU was undefeated, having beaten several ranked teams.
They crossed midfield one time.
Alabama defense was amazing.

The LSU defense played pretty good too, or it would have been 45-0.

Alabama also had dropped passes, passes overthrown by inches and receivers running wrong routes in the endzone or the game would have been 45-0.
