The ones that get me are the flags thrown for PI, but they're only thrown well after a receiver jumps up and complains that he was interfered with. It's as though the officials react to the player rather than what they see with their eyes during the play. If the PI happened, the flag should be thrown as soon as the official sees it. This happens fairly frequently.
