Most Exciting Super Bowl You Remember

If the Cowboys are in it it isn't exciting to me...it's torture! Way too much anxiety until you know they've got it won!!

Meanwhile New England the underdog with a rookie QB playing for there starter and a young defense seemed almost impossible.

Not that it matters but Brady was in his 2nd year when they won that superbowl.. and it wasn't exactly that he was still filling in for bledsoe, Bledsoe had recovered weeks earlier and was demoted to 2nd string

I was ten years old then and was ready to go to school Monday morning and rub it in the faces of the steeler fans. Then the unexpected happened..... Poor lo Jackie Smith!!!!!! Didn't he go on to be a star for the Cardinals? HOF maybe??

We got Jackie Smith at the end of his career. He had played 15 years with the Cards and had an outstanding career for them but he didn't catch a pass in the regular season for us. He caught 3 passes in the playoff game against the Falcons (where Danny White came in for Roger who had been knocked out and brought us back for the win). The only pass thrown his way in the SB was the one he dropped right in his chest in the endzone. Not a good way to end a HOF career.

And yet Peter King used him as an example of Cowboys players in the HOF

Your right, it was his second year. Thank you for the correction. As for the demotion, well, why kick over a can of worms? It's tough enough posting anything around here, where QB is concerned, without getting somebodies feeling bent all to crap.

:)

My favorite super bowl was any of them with the Cowboys playing. The rest just dilute the glory of our winning 5.

Superbowl 13 Steelers/Cowboys. Staubach vs. Bradshaw; Mean Joe vs Randy White; LC Greenwood vs Too Tall Jones; Stallworth and Swann vs Pearson, Johnson, and Hill I could go on and on.

Back and forth until Pittsburhg pulls ahead and fights off a furious Dallas rally. Who can forget Jackie Smith dropping that pass?

When we thumped Miami. The first was the best.
What was that trampled into the turf....
That was the monkey off our backs.
And Miami.:starspin :starspin :starspin :starspin

Rams-Titans was absolutely ridiculous. I remember screaming after the last play, and I didn't even care who won.

Dallas beats the Orange crush...

1st Dallas Superbowl I was old enough to drink beer.

I had money on the Titans...

Cowboys-Steelers 1978.
Maybe the two best teams to ever play in a SB and a fantastic game.

Well I know which SB I was MOST nervous about... it was SB XXX

We left the Steelers in the game in the 2nd half and if not for Larry Brown... we might have lost to the Steelers... AGAIN... that I could not have taken.

One of the more exciting non-cowboy SB's was the Titans against the Rams... Titans coming oh so close to tying game on last play...

I'm totally biased. If the Cowboys are not in the Super Bowl, it's not a good Super Bowl.

My Favorite
Cowboys destroying Bills

man you must be really old.;)

Yeah...but I'll always be younger than Cbz..

The thing that was cool abou this game was, ya had the old establishment, black high tops, crew cuts vs the flamboyant, long haired Namath and the upstart AFL....

It was sooooo much fun to see Baltimore lose.

Rams Titans gets a little too much love as far as Im concerned. that game had one of the most boring 1st halves ever
