I agree Wilson has to deliver at a Leary/Cooper / better level from day 1, but I'm not sure that's *impact*

in the long run Leighton has the right stuff, could anchor the D for most of a decade.

As far as immediate impact - either Leighton or Gallup. Both are prototype play makers for this O/D system.

If I had to pick one for 2018 - Gallup, he's the only WR on the Boys since Miles who can play X, Y, or Z and dominate. There are not many people who can do that. A cross between Beasley and Williams, but much faster in the open field.

Williams. I consider him 1st round talent at a late 2nd round price.

1st round quality across the board for the oline. Probably everyone but Williams makes the Pro Bowl. They might even drag Williams across the finish line.

Having a flawless and dominant oline makes everything else work, offense and defense.

Same line up, for the next 2 years at least. Time to make a run.

It'll likely be LVE.

I dont see a rookie WR, especially one taken in the third round, making as much of contirbution as LVE. WRs take more time to develop and with the dire need at LBer I'm going to say LVE most definitely. Especially if Sean Lee misses playing time to injury (knock on wood).

But receivers are wide open. Gallup has a chance to make an impact day 1 as we don't have a Dez or Witten type receiver taking all the targets.

I could see Leighton but he has to beat out a healthy Jaylon Smith. Leighton has a much harder time getting snaps with Lee and Jaylon.

Not understanding. Lee and Jaylon are the OLB's, LVE will be the MLB.

Michael Vander-Gallup-Esch.

Seriously, I would say between Gallup and Connor Williams. WRs take longer to develop, so there's that. LVE is still very raw- talented yes, but raw. Next year will be his arrival IMO. Schultz will also be a good bet to show up better in year two.

Since Gallup is already a good route runner, I believe he'll produce quicker than most.

Connor Williams...we need our run game to go tribalistic...neanderthal like on people.

by seasons end...WR Michael Gallup could be the answer to this question also.

but Im all 'bout the big ugly people up-front...imposing their will on the soul of the opponent.

:star:brand'em:star:

Williams, but how about second-most?

I'm going with Gallup. Could be LVE but I don't see him playing three downs right away, not for a while possibly, if Lee stays healthy and Jaylon improves. Gallup might take a few weeks to get in the mix but I think we start to see him make multiple plays a game after only a few weeks.

You could go a variety of ways here with either LVE, Gallup or Williams.

But a stabilized OL has a trickle down effect. This team is based on scoring points and the defense doing just enough to slow teams down.

Williams being very good at LG means there isn’t really one real weak spot on the OL.

Connor Williams and all others a distant second. I love our entire draft

Williams is a must if our team is to have a chance. My vote is with him.

LVE is a bust if he doesn't emerge as a solid starter.

Gallup, as much as we all are praising him, is still a long-shot. If he's the next Austin, that's great.

Saquon Barkley! (Who names a kid, Saquon!!!)
He is being called a generational athlete!

Saquaon, Saquon, he's our man!
If we can't stop him!
Nobody can!!!

Cowboys, it's Gallup by default.
