I'll go with this. Dark Side of the Moon is definitely perfection.

Nobody makes one song flow into another quite like Pink Floyd. Albums are one giant song, really, one giant story. And they're the best at using directional audio in the mixing process. Listening to Floyd in a car is a wild experience. And much like Queen's "We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions" you just can't hear "Brain Damage" without hearing "Eclipse" immediately after it, can you?

Side one
1."Speak to Me"
2."Breathe"
3."On the Run"
4."Time" (containing "Breathe (Reprise)")
5."The Great Gig in the Sky"
Side two
1."Money"
2."Us and Them"
3."Any Colour You Like"
4."Brain Damage"
5."Eclipse"

Metallica - Black Album

To pick a Metallica album, I would be more incline to say Master of Puppets than Black. I think every song on Puppets is top notch. While Black has a lot of great songs I can't say the same about all of them.

I saw their Operation Mindcrime tour when they came with Metallica during the And Justice for All tour.

Since some of the best have already been mentioned I will throw a few different ones out there...

Operation Mindcrime by Queensryche.

British Steel - Judas Priest

Holy Diver - Dio

Back in Black - AC/DC

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you sported a mullet at some point or at least had long hair, and you're 40ish. :)

Back in Black is definitely worth mentioning in this thread - great album. It's one of the biggest selling albums of all-time. When you get a chance, you guys should check out the top-selling albums of all-time. It's a crazy list! Some stuff you'd expect like Dark Side of the Moon, Back in Black, Thriller (#'s are ridiculous), etc. But there are like a couple of Backstreet Boys albums and Ace of Base I think! It's a bizarre list, but interesting to say the least.

Here's the list:

Ha! There is a picture of him right next to his name. He still has long hair, a Grizzly Adams beard and is old as dirt.

I second that...MOP is Metallica's finest product.

good choice. i would have to put doggystyle up there too.

I think Dr Dre's The Chronic is better than both of them.
