When Noah Brown comes in the game, YOU KNOW it's going to be a run. I think they mentioned him being a TE last summer, why not make the move, he's only here to block! He's good at blocking, give me your thoughts

Would they? Tell me his actual production last year. In terms of blocking how many snaps was he on the field and how did that affect the YPC when he was in the game?
Brown is a jack of all trades player. he can play all three positions at wide receiver, he plays special teams, he can play tight end, he's a good blocker, plays in the red zone. They don't grow on tree's..

The guy was targeted in the passing game 24 times last year on 300 snaps. As a 4/5th receiver that's still low, but the narrative that you know its a run when he is in the game is false.

File this under “Things Fans Needlessly Whine About.”

Brown is a solid 5th/6th receiver that plays special teams and is a willing blocker; a dirty work guy.

What kind of production are you looking for?

Beyond any of that, there’s no guarantee he even makes the 2022 roster.
Nothing like a good dose of common sense to set things right.

And a master at none!!! HUGE mistake not going with Turner.

Brown also looks like a basically competent WR now. He's not just a teeny blocking TE.

Good signing.

I am with you. I said this a couple of years ago. I said it last year. add 10-15 pounds to his frame and make him a TE. I think he would be much better in that position as opposed to a 4th or 5th WR.

Not that can block like him though
How many snaps is he in the game to make a meaningful difference to block? Maybe 13?

After the Raiders/Chiefs game when Amari was out he played 16 snaps the last 5 weeks of the season.

33% of his snaps came in 2 games. He had 4 games he didn’t play at all and the last game of the year he played 4 snaps.

I think they can find an adequate replacement that at least plays in more than 75% of games
