We have plenty of ends that can create pressure and play the run. Micah is getting beat up playing the line as an undersized pass rusher. I think it's time to let him play more linebacker where he can blitz from anywhere on the field without the collisions on every play. We have to get him right for the playoffs. Thoughts?

Its football, players get beat up every play. Everyone is over reacting to the podcast. When I re-watch the all-22, Micah is getting double-teamed and chipped on most plays. All teams are going to do this against a stud like Parsons.

First, Parsons is changing game plan. Second, the D-line and the whole defense is thriving with the opposing teams focusing on Micah. He has to keep transforming his game. I have no issues with his rotation or position. Heck when it comes play-off time I expect him to find another gear.

Go Dallas!!!

I think he was better off moving him around. I'm all in favor of him lining up at DE at time but not a full time DE. last year Parson got as many sacks coming from MLB as he did DE. Right now Parson is facing a lot of double team.

If he is roaming around it's alot harder to assign people to double team him. It will create opportunities to get to the QB much easier than he has now

Or... we could use him at both positions depending on scheme and defensive need.

Kind of like we do now.
I agree with this but think that's he's been predominately a defensive end and it's time to get him more snaps at LB

Not the best idea. When he is let loose on the O by rushing it makes the D better, we have 1 of if not THE beat pass rusher in the game WHY stop that!?!

He needs to move around. Make offenses adjust for where he is. Force them into o-line mistakes. Or at least openings for other rushers.

Keeping him in one place is an advantage for the offense
..watching some HOU replays. They had TE/RB chipping Micah on every play. Let alone the Oline man, he came against.

Dude, was worn out by 3rd qtr.

Couple more good draft classes and you can move all these guys all around, Sam Williams looks like a prototype 3-4 olb ya know.

I’m not sure lve best fight he’s a really weird player tbh

..even makes more sense to move him around. Keep offense guessing where he is.
