Moving from Dallas to Tampa

OK everyone, it's official.

StarKist is moving from Dallas, TX to Tampa, FL. I'll be moving into an apt. about 20 minutes from the TB Bucs stadium.

I have lived in Dallas for 37 years and it's time to go.

I came Dallas from Oklahoma City where I was born in 1963.

My parents Brought me and my brothers and sis to TX in August of 1971 when I was 7 years old. I am 44 now and it's time to move on.

I feel a tremendous sense of relief. I have had enough of Dallas and I am ready to move on.

My sister and brother-in-law with my four nephews are in Tampa waiting for my stinkin' *** to show up.

My brother-in-law is from Indy, but a hugh DC fan, has a son we call the "Mac Daddy" who has aspirations to play LB for the Dallas Cowboys, so I'm going there to make sure he is properly trained.

Best of luck. I've lived in and around Dallas all my life and some times I also feel the desire to move elsewhere.

That is not a safe neighborhood if I remember correctly. I am talking about martin luther king boulevard where the bucs are and yanks play spring training.

the stadium looks pretty cool from outside though. I have never been in it just by it a couple of times.

Yankees spring training is great though.

I have friends that just left Tampa. They had just moved there after he got out of the military, but only stayed about a year. They couldn't stand the hurricanes.
