I just found out I got orders to Joint Base Langley-Eustis! Has anyone been to the Hampton Va area? If so any advice on where to look for houses, local gems, etc? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Good for you. I live in Chesapeake (about 30 min from Hampton). It is a great area.

I'm starting to grow find of the idea. Any suggestions one decent places to live somewhat near Langley?

I don't go across the bridge much, but I heard the Kiln Creek area is nice. If you don't mind a little commute (tough, traffic can be rough here) check out some areas in Suffolk or maybe even Williamsburg.
