Moving up from 67 for Henry

I would rather do this then take a developmental QB.

If we can go Ramsey, DL/Myles Jack if he somehow falls, and then move up for Henry then I think that makes us a much better team going into next year and I think it's possible to pull this off.

I've never been a huge fan of Henry but I am shocked at how explosive he tests. He's a hammer with big play potential.

Then maybe you take a Kevin Hogan or someone like that with our other 4th rounder.

I have a feeling he might sneak into round 1.... But if we don't take Zeke at RD.1 and henry is there at #34, then I'd be Ok with us picking him

I think Round 1 and early round 2 is still too rich for him. If some team is willing to take him there then so be it.

He's worth 34 Catch and possibly moving up into the late 1st. He will be a monster here!

Henry would be a battering ram for this offense, By time the 4th quarter rolls around defenses will not want to tackle him any more.
He is the kind of RB that looks like he is having a quiet average game and the next thing you know he has 140 rushing yards.

I'm warming up to Henry at the right spot, but other needs are more important almost anywhere he might be available.

That latest McShay/Kiper duel mock had him going 61st...which could very well happen. If so, trading up would be very doable!

I don't want to use 34 on him with all of the DE/DT/CB talent that should be there.

I really like both of these backs Zeke and Henry. Both have great qualities. I don't know much about Henry as a pass catcher or his blocking so I can't comment. I like that he is big and explosive. If we don't go Zeke in the first I wouldn't mind Henry at 34. I do however think Zeke can and will better than Gurley and other backs that have come out the last few years. He's a talented all around back and a big student of the game. Romo would probably be his biggest fan, as he's a student of the game.

I'm no fan of the Tide, but Henry is one of the most interesting RB prospects I have ever seen. You just don't see guys like that playing RB. Hes a monster and he uses his huge size advantage to destroy tacklers. Watching him destroy college defenses by just running right at them was ridiculous.
It seems like if he is hit early before he builds momentum he is in trouble, but once the big guy gets going no one wants to take him on. Hes like a more athletic and violent brandon jacobs.

The question is, can he just steam roll defenses like he did in college? Or maybe in the NFL against guys with his size and athleticism he wont be so intimidating. I can't imagine his play style will make for a long career but Lynch was a violent back and had a long run. Im a bit concerned about him being one dimensional because Alabama had Drake to balance out Henry's weaknesses.

Henry is a DeMarco Murray clone with more speed and slightly more power. Neither has true short area quickness. Both need a hole to get going. Neither can create on their own. Henry will break more long ones than Murray because of his speed.

I'd rather trade back, pick up some extra picks, and draft DE, DT, DB, WR and RB in the first 3 rounds.

I would just take Booker, Dixon, Perkins, etc. RB isn't worth trading up for.

But trade back in RD1 and use the later RD2 on him, yeah.

I just watched Booker's highlights and really liked what I saw. Power to run through arm and shoestring tackles, good hands, good inside and outside, and good lateral agility.

Actually it appears that Henry is very goof in Short area quickness, per that sports science deal he was faster then Zeke. It was very amazing to watch actually
