Ok, mens and womans, this came to me while i was ruminating deep thoughts and preparing my easter list of things to do.

First, as you mans and ladys knows, I was dead-set against letting Murray go. We lost the best RB in the NFL of the previous year. You just can't replace 1,800 yards with a scrub like McFadden. yes, salary cap.
And when Murry play against us TWICE next year I will be in the bunker in Farmers Branch that was desgned to protect the important people here in case of catastrophicalypso. (food and water and video games to last a fortnight).

On the other hand isn't this a huge reverse from the days when we kept a plainly over the hill Emmitt Smith and other luminaries of the unfrozen tundra of Dallas.

I half many regrets about letting Murray go. He was a good mans.

But I am liking the Cowboys (seemingly new) policy of letting the Murrays and Wares go when we simply do not half the cap space.
Ok, i feel mein mental work half been done for the week. I will do no more thinking for the next week unless the thinking is about Viva Jalisco enchiladas, Joely Richardson or people who i want retribution from. All of you here on the board is safe; dont worry you are like meine dysfuncational brothers and sisters.

Holla

Murray threads go in the NFL zone now.

You are a day late and a dollar short.

Big difference ... Ware was done or close to it. We knew That.
Murray might be done, might be just ok, he wasn't a "ware" caliber.

No same ting!

OK, OK, but i was thowing palm leaves in front of this new policy that take out the sentimentallity out of the equasion. Whether the player be great, mediocre or barely adequate like Emmitt and Ware in their last days here. Hard-nosed bargaining to protect the cap and to let the player know that we no longer keep players past their prime or, despite their talents, past the line as far as what we can pay.
I hope i half made mein self clearer to you, oh omnipotent potentate of the Texas pampas.

If it's a "new" policy why mention Emmitt?

Emmitt went to Arizona and Dorsette went to Denver in their last days but Murray at 26 just barely hit his prime.. I'm over it but I'm sure there will be some residual ruage to rue in the day of roohings....:(
