Really? How is Bun B's CD? I follow him on twitter, but I haven't decided whether to buy his CD, yet.

I've been meaning to start a thread on music, along the same line as the 'movie' and 'book' threads. I was going to ask people to post about the most recent music/band/singer they've heard that is 'new' to them.

You beat me to it.

Until very recently, I hadn't listened to too much new stuff in the last couple of years. Which is really strange because i love music. Here are a few i've heard recently that i've liked.

I was recently introduced to this guys, they're just awesome. Carolina Chocolate Drops performing Hit' Em Up Style.

My wife asked me to get here this CD, which i did, and i have been impressed with it. Very Jazzy. The whole album is really good.

The Ultimate Sin is one of my favorite Ozzy albums. It is packed with good songs. You can't say that about all of his albums.

Jake E. Lee kicks major you know what on this album. Just a great guitarist.
