If Cooper Rush has to play the next week or two and the Cowboys win those games, does that effectively take Dak out of the MVP race?

Probably so
Right now there is no clear leader
Murray faltered
Brady too

I don't think so. Dak has done enough to be considered and will do enough in the coming weeks to earn that honor.

I think Dak is very important to this team. We aren't going all the way without him but if I'm being honest I think Aaron Rodgers is the most important player on his team in the entire NFL. Could you imagine how bad that team would be if they lost him.

im nearly 100% this is not the case, hes playing next week..i saw his warmups he was ready to play, wanted to play, he just was was given the night off for the big picture moving forward..he will be close to 100% as player can be next Sunday..

I done care about the MVP or rankings..playoff wins and sbs is all i care about..

btw his MVP shot was slim so many other good qbs in play..so not big deal..

I believe Tyron smith needs the next two games off for similar reasons and just let LC start lt..IDC if he can grit through it let him sit..

Big picture this team is playoff bound and making decisions for long term success, so i like the way the coaches are handling all this..
