Rodgers was clearly MVP.

If wasn't playing in this game, it would have been a lot uglier..

Honestly, if you take the award at its literal meaning, Peyton Manning showed this year just what he means to the Colts, and clearly is "The Most Valuable Player to His Team."

A week ago I would have said Brees or Rodgers. Now I think it's Eli.

Peyton Manning.

Look what happened without him lol
Truth.

The guy should have probably won it every year for the last 10 :laugh2:

You have to play to be a player. The only thing this year does it show that he probably should have gotten a lot more MVP awards in the past (and maybe the future).

I disagree. Having a crappy backup doesn't make a guy a better player.

Eli over Brady?

If you aren't going Brees or Rodgers, how do you not go with Brady?

No, but it does make him more valuable.

Exactly. As I said, if you take the literal meaning of the award, it is "most valuable to his team", not "best player."

Rodgers - his Wr's 7 dropped passes were not his fault.

The packers picked the wrong day to have a mediocre game. Rodgers over-threw a sure TD as well but you're right Sarge, they had a bad case of the dropsies.
