1st.) DE- Dawuane Smoot Illinois - Quick twitch speed rusher who has a wide array of pass rusher moves. Most underrated edge rusher in the draft at the moment.

2nd.)SS -Quin Blanding Virginia - At 6'2" 215 he fits in the Kam Chancellor mold of strong safety. He is a box safety at the next level but unlike Chancellor he is good in coverage as well.

3rd.)ILB -Kendell Beckwith LSU - Big, strong, run stopping, pass rushing middle linebacker. Currently he is average at best in coverage but as an overall player he is a big improvement at what we currently have at the MIKE.

4th.)WR- Fred Ross Mississippi State - Dak Prescotts go to target during his time at Mississippi State. Possession type receiver who can play on the outside or move in the slot. Ross is the hidden gem in this years WR class.

6th.)CB- Kevin King Washington - Alot of similarities to Richard Sherman. Same height and weight of 6'3" 190. Both have similar speed but use their size and length to cover receivers and deflect passes. Not saying we are going to walk away with a all pro corner here but absolutely worth the gamble. Can be moved to FS if corner is not working out.

Looks good. I think Jones range could allow us to have more of a box safety. I think Smith once healthy may be more of a Will long term

Yea sadly it looks like Sean Lee is starting to slow down a little bit and the WILL could open up. Doesn't seem to have the same spring in his step as last year. Could also be that our defensive line play has been horrible and their is no gap for Sean Lee to shoot like last year.

I think he has a year left of decent play. I also wouldnt mind moving him back to Mike as a rotational player with a young prospect to split snaps with him and just starting Smith out at Will

I am warming up to that DE from Ohio St. I think he is redshirted sophomore. I can't remember his name though and I have not seen him play but I read that he is very good.

Thank you. Have you seen him play?

Not yet this year but saw him in-person at the Fiesta Bowl when Joey Bosa got ejected. For a draft nerd, I was hugely disappointed to see early exits from Bosa and Jaylon Smith in that game. He also played when Bosa was suspended at the beginning of the year. Interesting kid.. was a high school safety, recruited as a linebacker, and then after a year of redshirting for Ohio State, became a 265-pound, pass-rushing end.
