    1 Julian Okwara, OLB,DE 6-5 #240 Notre Dame

Okwara has been a dangerous edge rusher for Notre Dame in 2019, colleting four sacks, 12 tackles and two forced fumbles so far.

    2 Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR,, 6-4 #220 Liberty
As a junior, Gandy-Golden recorded 71 receptions for 1,037 yards with 10 touchdowns. He played better than the numbers illustrate and had 69 catches for 1,066 yards and 10 touchdowns.

    3 Leki Fotu, DT, 6-5 #325 Utah
Fotu is a heavy nose tackle who is a tough run defender and occupies blockers at the point of attack. In 2018, Fotu had 33 tackles with three sacks.

    4 Cheyenne O'Grady, TE, 6-4 #251 Arkansas

    5 Josh Metellus, S, 6 #205 Michigan

6 Patrice Rene, CB, 6-1 #205 North Carolina

7 Tommy Kraemer, OT, 6-5 #315 Notre Dame
He could be a worthy late-rounder as a swing backup tackle.

I don't know that I love any of these picks, individually, but I'd be OK with this draft.

I think Gandy is the wrong type of WR for Dallas b/c he's not really a route runner, even though I like him. They need speed/quickness and the "go up and get it" types don't really fit here.

As a ND guy Okwara can be a maddening guy. Elite pass rushing skill set but he can disappear a bit at times. He's a better version of TJ Watt in terms of skill set IMO.

If Marinelli is still here, I see little chance the Cowboys would take a "tweener" DE unless they realized their stupidity in taking Charlton over Watt.

Like the third round pick very much.

I almost posted this (But I am absolutely not a ND Game).

He can look dominant, explosive step, quick striking hands, gets upfield quickly. Then he will disappear for a quarter.

Really like Cheyenne O'Grady. He's a load to bring down and a good blocker.

Want to see what we do with Quinn before mocking DE's in the first. If we bring him back, then this might be a year early for DE's.

However, you can really never have enough good DE's

Hayes, I believe, is heading back to ND for a 5th year since he got injured.

Kareem might be a solid mid to late round flier.

The problem is Kareem and Okwara, as noted, are TJ Watt types and it seems that Marinelli has no time or use for them.

Which is why I am hoping we see the last of Marinelli this season.

    Doesn’t sound terribly serious.
