#4 is predicated on the first three. If we close strong, I want Wade back.

This is his ballclub as constructed currently, and it would be detrimental to set it back once again with a new staff.

I feel the same as you, i get so frustrated with wade when our team has a bad game plan or makes stupid mistakes but i feel like if we win a playoff game this year then he should come back because no one can deny his defense is only getting hotter and hotter and i feel like it would set us back a year if hes replaced.

I want all of those things too but I don't want Wade back at all. "His" team was mostly built by Parcells and has a lot of trouble getting ready to play when it's time to go in the big games. This team, with the current players, is so unfocused at times and his defense has let a lot of games get away with big plays. I really want Wade to win it all but I know he can't get it done. I've never had faith in his selection as HC to bring this team to the Super Bowl and win it.

2007 he had the best team in the NFC and blew it big time. I would have fired him.
2008 he failed to even make the post season and had one of the biggest let downs at the end of the season I've ever seen in my 30+ years as a Cowboys fan. The way we lost to the Ravens and Eagles still makes me sick. Again, I would have fired him.
2009 here we are, sitting in the same situation as before. I'm just waiting for the hammer to fall and this team blows it again with Wade as HC. I would fire him unless he wins the Super Bowl.
