My Dallas Cowboys Coaching staff in 2014

Garrett, Callahan and Kiffin did it for me today. I'm done with them. The following would be my coaches in 2014.

Head Coach Lovie Smith
Defensive Coordinator Leslie Frazier (true cover 2 coach, great DC)
Offensive Coordinator Gary Kubiak (running game and scheme is always great, also would love to see Romo in this guys scheme)

DL Coach Rob Marinelli will stay (guy loves Lovie, and will stay DL for him)
DB coach Jon Hoke( DB coach under Smith in Chicago since 2009)
LB coach Eberflus stays. (He has connection to Lovie smith)

OL coach Mike Munchak(will be done in Tennessee but is a great OL coach)
RB coach Chick Harris (Kubiak will bring him over)

TE coach Brian Pariani (Been with Kubiak for a long time)

I understand and I think Lovie would pick Frazier, with jerry in his ear. Frazier was a great DC and runs the same scheme as Lovie.

I don't really want to, I would take another good canidate, don't really know one that will be available. I searched and searched and couldn't find one that would be and Romo and Jerry both like Wilson.
