Who would ever put a plan together based on needs

Lets draft a RB, QB and TE in the first 3 rounds

No .Your plan on reaching for a certain position when a better player of a different position is the plan for morons that think they are a draft guru. No NFL team uses that formula. If the BPA is a RB you trade down or draft a player that is very close to BPA at a different position. This team needs a QB and TE. Taking the BPA at those two positions would be smart drafting.
