4a) Blake C

4b) Howard DE

5) Bequette OLB

6) Franklin ILB

7) Thorpe FS

We've been horrendous for 3 years in short yardage and redzone. This should fix that. Secondary awful. This major upgrade. Depth at LB and CB so we aren't held hostage by Jenkins in FA.

I count 4 starters + Robinson in year 2 potentially and Howard looks like an eventual starting 3-4 DE to me.
