1-Jax QB Lawrence (chalk)
2-NYJ QB Wilson (chalk)
3-49ers QB Lance (think Mac Jones is smoke)
4-Atlanta TE Pitts (could go QB, with Julio rumors that is possible. Pitts goes here or Miami)
5-Cincy WR Chase (the word is they are hell bent on replacing AJ Green)
6-Miami WR Smith (he specifically went to the Senior Bowl to speak with the Dolphins)
7-Lions QB Fields* (think one of the QB needy teams takes Fields here, not sure who)
8-Carolina T Sewell (they have Cameron Erving as their starting LT)
9-Denver QB Mac Jones (Denver believes 1 QB will fall to their pick)
10-Dallas CB Surtain (it's really a coin flip, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Horn is their top corner)
11-Giants G/T Slater (makes too much sense, although they are hunting pass rushers)
12-Philly WR Waddle (I have heard they love him month's ago, watch Horn or Paye here as well)

agree. I would be good if it fell that way. I think it’s a mistake to take Horn over Surtain if we can pick either. We can’t afford to whiff that ten pick.

Alot of speculation with Panthers pick, but passing on Sewell would be a mistake

Philly is interesting if Horn and Waddle are there. They spent a 1st and a 2nd the last two years on WR's, and Waddle has a similar skill set to Reagor. But Waddle is much better

Hearing Philly is looking at Waddle, Paye and a corner.

Many insiders like Horn as much as Surtain. Either player is a huge upgrade for the Cowboys.
 
Good stuff. I really do think the chargers will move to 7 to get Sewell if he is there

It's going to be fascinating what happens 4 through 8 IMO. Atlanta could mess things up by going QB there.

That seems to be the consensus up here. Waddle/Smith if one falls to them, Horn/Surtain if they are there. The Paye news broke a few days ago and it makes sense. Rosemen is big on building through the trenches and since they took Brandon Graham, they have spent like 7 of 10 or 11 first round picks on lineman (heard that on Philly radio).

I am actually getting married in Philly over the summer. Waddle has been connected to them for months. Think he is their primary target. Believe the reason they moved back, they thought one of the receivers would fall.

When you hear they might deal Julio, this screams rebuild to me. Very possible Atlanta takes their franchise QB.

true. I get it. I like Horn but not really at ten and def not over Surtain. Seems like Surtain is a bit more certain. Horn could have more upside but also could be much worse too. We have to many needs to take any risks on these picks IMO.

Neither corner has separated themselves as the top at the position. Think their tags are touching, either player would be fine.

And I'd think Fields in that case. Ryan's cap hit next year is over $48 million. Can't see the Falcons paying that, though nobody knows the cap next year, or if the Falcons could re-structure and drop that number down.

Also he'll be 36 years old in 3 weeks, even these days that's old for a quarterback, if you think he can play like Brees, to age 40. Only four years to that mark. Letting Fields learn for a year would be good for the Falcons. Could even consider Lance, who's very green but a year in the NFL can get you lots of coaching...

I don't get it either. Are the 49ers at 3 fearful that Jets could mess it up and take Jones instead of Wilson? Sitting at three, there is no real reason for the 49ers to play games since it appears the first two picks are set in stone. I guess they could worry the Jets go loco and trade the 2nd pick and someone take Jones.

I read this too......remember he has an agent now. Not sure if you heard but he was asked last month who he thought would draft him, he said Atlanta.
