Colombo is fine. Infact, he'll be better and without pain since he got that knee cleaned out. The big fella will be ready to roll..

Sorry dude but I have no time for negative noise. Life is too short to be crying and whinning all the time. You look the situation over then you make the best of it and keep rolling. Try it sometimes, you may even feel better about yourself. Just sayin!!! As for Colombo, he's been playing with loose particles in his knee and thats painful and can limit you at times. I've had 3 knee surgeries and I know how much better you feel afterwards. He's a tough S.O.B. and will be fine.

not sure it would be Young but it might be why they went long on tackles..just seems a bit odd that he didn't land on IR

1) Young isn't on IR because he has only a sprain that will take 2-4 weeks to heal.
2) He probably outplayed both Brewster and Barron in preseason.
3) He flashed potential starter ability maybe even next year.
4) No way he would have lasted on the PS
5) Barron will be a FA next year, Columbo may be done after this year. So, Young needed the reps this year in practice. He couldn't practice and get better on IR.
