Happy!

1. Cowboys are in the playoffs. With a shutout on the Skins to seal the deal -- no backing in.

2. Giants are not in the playoffs. And fizzled Big Time in their Giants Stadium farewell. (Thanks Matt Moore!)

3. Romo is playing extremely well and has shut up all that "December spells doom for the Cowboys" nonsense.

4. Injuries remain minimal (knock on wood), and the starters look healthy.

5. There's a chance the Cowboys can win their division.

Not Happy.

1. Garrett's mindset that the best follow-up to a failed play is to run it again -- especially in short yardage situations. This is what defensive coordinators would call a "tendency". Psychologists call it "obsessive/compulsive disorder".

2. MBIII. Seems to me he's carrying some extra baggage in the caboose -- maybe from his quad injury downtime. Excess weight doesn't help his speed or elusiveness.

3. Roy Williams' hands.

4. Shotgun. Always with the shotgun.

5. And as for the defense, well....umm...there's.... Never mind. Those guys are all playing well and NOT doing that last 2-minute collapse they were doing so predictably in years past. Kudos to Wade.

Anyone else think we might see more Felix and Choice in the coming weeks? I certainly hope so. Barber just doesn't have much of a burst anymore and he's so slow to the hole. I still love me some Barber, but he just isn't that effective in certain situations right now. Could be injury-related. Who knows.

last week Barber was 6 for 6 an short yardage situations. Don't read to much in a single game. But i would mix in Felix in these situations as well.
